Rachel Riedberger joined the team at Schoolhouse Pediatrics in 2013 as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned a B.A. from Wheaton College studying biology, kinesiology and psychology. Rachel then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from Rush University in Chicago. She spent 5 years as a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Rush Hospital. 
 
Rachel is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. As the mother of 5 young children she has extensive first-hand experience with common pediatric illness and parental concerns. 

Rachel enjoys family time, barre class and traveling.  She is grateful to have had the opportunity to give aid on medical mission trips to Haiti and Africa.
